EA水晶宮酒店 (EA Hotel Crystal Palace)

Jag var nöjd med min resa. Det var bra frukost, rent rum, bra ljudisolering. Läget av hotellet är Prag 2. Det är lagom avstånd att gå till centrum. På mitt rum var det fönster som sitter i taket så man kan se bara en liten bit av himlen. Men det fanns AC och jag kunde öppna fönstret för att vädra. Sängkläder var rena och sängen bekväm att sova. Det fanns spårvagnstopp i gångavstånd så jag kunde åka till olika delar av Prag.

I had an excellent stay at EA Crystal Palace Hotel in Prague. The location is fantastic—just a walk away from Old Town Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony, which made mornings truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special mention to Adel, who was by far the most helpful hotel staff member I’ve ever encountered during my travels across Europe. He went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay even better. A great perk of this hotel is the room with a coffee machine, available to all residents 24/7, offering free coffee and tea whenever you need a break—something I really appreciated. A moment that truly stood out was after I had checked out. About 12 hours later, I realized I had forgotten my charger plug in the room. I decided to go back and check if they had found it. A different staff member was on duty at that time, and after explaining the situation, he kindly went to check the room, which was still unoccupied. To my surprise and delight, he returned with my charger! This level of honesty and service was truly commendable. Overall, my experience at EA Crystal Palace Hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. The combination of great location, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities makes it a top choice!

Отель отлично расположен, в пешей доступности от центра города. В номере есть все необходимое, единственное, что не работал холодильник, но так было во всех номерах. Это общая техническая проблема, которая надеюсь решится в ближайшее время, ведь отель категории 4*. Немного уставшие номера и сам отель хотелось бы обновить, но это не портит общего впечатления. Завтраки неплохие, разнообразные, девушки-официантки очень вежливые и услужливые, а также горничные. Вообще хочется отметить персонал этого отеля особенно парень на ресепшн Савва - внимательный, клиентоориентированный, помогает и подсказывает, все по делу, молодец! И ещё плюс этого отеля - чай и кофе в лобби круглосуточно.

幫其他人預訂了房間，訂的房型是大床房或雙床房，結果入住時酒店因為衹有一人入住給安排了衹有一張小窄床的單人床房……且酒店拒不承認他們安排有問題！訂房網站客服很好一直在幫著溝通處理，但是希望訂房網站平台對於這類酒店能根據接待質量有所篩選

Good location, close to the tram station, a view of trams going to different tourist attractions. The room was big and clean. Small bed, not comfortable bed to sit and read, because the mattress was moving forward:( I didn't ordered the breakfast, and after checking the buffet decided to have it somewhere else in the city, I didn't like the selection, for the cost of 15€.

第一晚半夜停電,完全沒有通知,房間設施不足,,沒水煲,沒有手冊指示酒店有什麼設施供使用,,夾萬不能使用,電池已失效

比較的綺麗なお部屋。ベッドが思ってたより小さかったけどそれは自分の確認不足。寢るだけなのでとくに問題はなし。 ロケーションはプラハ駅からはすごく行きやすかった。中心の方まで行く時、交通機関使っても少し歩くルートしかGoogleマップでは出て來ず、道が凍結してたりで少し大変だったが、文句を言うほどの距離ではない。 コンセントの位置が微妙な位置にあるので充電などのために長いケーブルもしくは延長コードがあればいいかもしれない。

酒店設施不足沒有水煲,指示不足房間內完全沒有手冊指酒店有什麼提供,早餐也沒告知,原來本人所訂之房己繳付費用。

Ao chegar de madrugada, fomos surpreendido positivamente pela tecnologia do hotel. Fomos ao quarto e no dia para fazer o Check in o recepcionista não muito simpático realizou o processo. O café da manhã maravilhoso com muito novidades e oferta. Quarto agradável e nos atendeu perfeitamente
